Importing Events From Another Creative Content

Use the Event button whilst in Design View or Source View to import an event from another creative content.

Procedure

1. Ensure the creative content is in either Design View or Source View.
2. Insert the hyperlink for the text you want to import the event to.
3. Click the drop-down arrow on the event button .
4. Select Import.
5. Use the document explorer to search for the campaign (s) that contain the event (s) to be imported.
6. Select the event to be imported.

Only one event can be imported at any one time.

7. Click Import.

Importing an event makes a copy of the original event. Any changes made to a copied or original events are made to all versions of that event.
